Justice of the Peace
We are currently experiencing a shortage of JP volunteers at Logan Central Plaza. Please call centre management before arriving to confirm service is open.
The Justice of the Peace volunteers is authorised to witness and attest many documents such as:
- Certify copies of original documents
- Statutory Declarations
- Affidavits
- Witness the signing of Power of Attorney and Guardianship documents (Providing the JP is satisfied with the capability of the signatory)
Our Federal Minister office also has a JP onsite is available 9am – 12pm Monday to Thursday.
